A diverse and experienced management team directs and executes Configure's market strategies, technical initiatives, and the company’s fast-paced growth.

Rudain Arafeh is founder, President and CEO of Configure, Inc. He established Configure in 1996 to assist clients with complex telecommunication contracting and billing matters. Mr. Arafeh served on the AT&T advisory council for several years and has been quoted in numerous trade publications. Prior to Configure, Mr. Arafeh was with AT&T in sales and marketing management. Prior to AT&T, Mr. Arafeh worked for SPL World Group, a large consulting firm serving customers on highly complex projects. Mr. Arafeh also co-founded Cygnet Labs, a medical documentation software company. Cygnet Labs grew to become the country’s 4th largest bedside medical documentation company and was sold to Lifeserve in 1995. At Cygnet Labs, he instituted user-group meetings that were unique to the industry and was partially credited with the wide acceptance of bedside documentation when computer documentation at the bedside was new and very limited. He considers his collaboration with his existing and prior clients to be his best attribute.		A.J. Verdecchia is COO / CFO of Configure, Inc. Mr. Verdecchia has over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, treasury, planning, information technology, human resources, risk management and corporate governance. Prior to joining Configure, he was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Union Drilling, Inc., a publicly-traded company in the energy industry. From November 2005 to May 2006, Mr. Verdecchia served as Director of Finance & Operations at Citrix Systems, Inc., a provider of access infrastructure solutions. From April 2004 to November 2005, Mr. Verdecchia served as a Controller at Coherent, Inc., a manufacturer of lasers and related photonics equipment. From April 2001 to April 2004, Mr. Verdecchia served as Treasurer at Lumenis Inc. (formerly, Coherent Medical Division), a provider of medical/aesthetic lasers and light based technologies. He also served as Manager-Finance at Hvide Marine, Inc. and as Internal Auditor at General Motors Acceptance Corporation. Mr. Verdecchia holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University. He obtained his CPA certification from the State of Virginia.
Mark Doll is a member of Configure’s Advisory Committee and is CEO / Founder of Doll Ventures Limited. Prior to forming Doll Ventures, Mr. Doll was the Managing Director of Far East Business Advisory Services for Ernst & Young. In that role, he started and built the China and Far East management consulting and technology practice to almost 1,000 people. Previously, Mr. Doll was the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Performance Management and Global Services practices for Business Objects. As part of the management team he lead acquisitions and helped in strategically positioning the company for its sale to SAP in 2008. During his 18-year career he has progressed from running a start up IT Services Company to a Partner at Coopers & Lybrand and then Vice President of High Growth Consulting at Ernst & Young, prior to his position as Senior Vice President of Business Objects. Mr. Doll graduated from University of Toledo with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
